What is the frame thickness?

All of our canvas frames are approximately 1.5" (inches) in thickness. This makes the canvas pop-out more and gives it attractive depth when hanging on a wall.

What is the frame made of?

Our frames are made out of MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) Stretcher frames which is a strong, rigid, light-weight framing material compared to 100% wood frames.

Does the canvas wrap come with any hanging accessories?

All of our canvas wraps come with a hanging kit that can be used for most installations.

Are these canvas wraps printed in high resolution?

Yes! All of our canvas wraps are printed in HD 720x720 resolution. This is photo-quality and if your file is supplied at the ordered size and at least at 150 DPI resolution, your canvas wrap will look great!

I want to order more than 1 wrap of the same size and design, but I don't see that option?

When ordering, you must go to the page containing the size and orientation you want to order, select the file (your artwork or image) you want to Upload, and select a Finishing Option (Wrapped Edges, White Edges or Black Edges), then click the buy now button. Once you go to your shopping cart (shopping bag) page, you can increase the quantity you need there.

I want my picture or artwork to wrap around the frame, but I am afraid some of the image will be folded onto the sides of the frame. How can I avoid this?

All files will print on the front-facing canvas as long as (your artwork or images) are supplied at the size you ordered. We will "mirror" the image on the sides of the frames (if you selected Wrapped Edges) in order to have your print "wrap-around" the frame.

Will I get a digital proof before my order is printed?

You will only receive a proof if we notice some issues with your file/s. (This may delay the production of your order). Ordering is pretty straight-forward and there should not be an issue with most orders.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). The shipping method and shipping time will depend on what you selected during checkout.

Why don't you accept returns?
